By booking a session you agree to show up on time, treat each other with respect, and keep things confidential when we discuss your code, business, or personal information.

DreamForge Lessons is a 1:1 mentorship service operated by Emile du Toit (Brain IT Consulting LLC), Fort Myers, Florida. Sessions are educational and consultative - not legal, financial, or tax advice.

Mentorship outputs (code, notes, recommendations) are yours to keep and use. The tooling demos and example code shared during sessions are MIT-licensed unless otherwise specified.

We may decline a booking or end a session if it falls outside the scope of agentic coding mentorship or violates these terms. In those cases unused credit is refunded in full.

We collect only what's needed to run the service: your name, email, time zone, optional avatar, and a short note about what you want to focus on. Authentication is handled via Better Auth on our own infrastructure.

Payment is processed by Polar, which receives the minimum information required (email, billing details). We never see or store your card.

Booking and calendar data are managed via Cal.com and Google Calendar. Video calls happen on Google Meet - links are generated per-booking and not retained beyond standard Google retention.

We use Resend for transactional email (booking confirmations, reminders). We do not run a marketing list and will not email you outside of session-related notifications unless you explicitly opt in.

Reschedule any single session free of charge up to 12 hours before the start time. Inside that window, the slot is held but you may still reschedule once - repeat last-minute reschedules will be discussed.

Refunds on unused hours are available within 24 hours of purchase. After our first session together, packs are non-refundable, but pack credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely.

If I have to cancel a session, you get a free reschedule and a 30-minute credit added to your balance, no questions asked.

No-shows: if you miss a confirmed session without rescheduling, the session is consumed. We're all human - if it's an emergency, just email and we'll work it out.
